superb hotel stay!

I found the breakfast buffet amazing, with fruits, salads. indian and thai cuisines. coffee and tea were self-service, a very efficient setup. the room had excellent pool access. My kids swam daily, and we watched them from our room. the location was accessible, with a short walk to restaurants and shops, which i appreciated.
the reception staff were not super friendly, a little disappointing. also, the air conditioning was limited to 19 degrees and struggled to cool the bathroom effectively. we only got one room key, so keeping the air on all the time was not possible.

The beautiful king room was well kept. It included ample space plus efficient air conditioning. daily cleaning services ensured the room remained super clean, and i appreciated the quiet environment. the amenities were of a very high standard.

The hotel is beachfront. It offered easy access to the sea. the proximity to restaurants and shops was a major plus, and i found getting around quite easy. transport options like tuk-tuks were readily available.

the staff at the beachfront restaurant were especially attentive. the front-desk team were helpful with directions. room service was prompt and the food was AMAZING!!! the service was always efficient and friendly.

The hotel location is right on the beach. A starbucks is even on site.
The pool area felt small (a shame). I think the rooms smelled too strongly of cleaning products. I also thought the rooms had a damp feel.

I really liked the prime location right on the beach. I found it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. There were two pools available which was great as one was more suited for families. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options that changed daily. Drinks were available upon request and the staff were cheerful. Food at the beach bar was delicious, and I ate there a couple of times .

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. They helped organize a bike that allowed me to explore the area at my own pace. The hotel also offered aqua aerobics and a kids club for entertainment.
